These are general the Terms and Conditions for Nowhotelrooms partners.

Each specific partner may have slight different terms and conditions so please check their details before booking a hotel

General Conditions
All bookings by our customers are subject to terms and conditions with our Hotels partners.
Nowhotelrooms only acts an affiliate to all our hotels brokers and agents for various independent rental companies in the countries in which it operates. We cannot accept any liability for any part of the rental contract formed between a client and our hotels partners.

 NOWHOTELROOMS.COM USER AGREEMENT

The terms "we", "us", "Company" and "nowhotelrooms.com" refers to nowhotelrooms.com,and "you" refers to booking indirectly through any of our affiliates through whom we provide services. This website is offered to you and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein as they exist at the time the reservation is made. All reservations you book through us are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to use this website. Nowhotelrooms.com may extend the benefit of the arrangements in this agreement to its affiliates which offer an online travel service under the Nowhotelrooms.com name in the United Kingdom.

USE OF NOWHOTELROOMS.COM WEBSITE
The Nowhotelrooms.com website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you).
You agree to supervise all usage of this website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in you being denied access to such facilities. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such suppliers conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase.

YOUR CONTRACT
Nowhotelrooms.com helps you find hotel suppliers information on the hotels featured on our website. Your contract is with the selected hotel partner and is subject to the booking terms and conditions of their contract.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
You must complete the on-line booking form and provide them with your credit card details which will act as a guarantee to secure the booking. The person who completes the on-line booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring full payment with the hotel. They are also responsible for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the booking details. The booking is confirmed when an on-screen confirmation and an email booking confirmation form have been sent to you by the hotel partner. It is advisable to print out the on-screen confirmation at the time of booking and retain it for your information.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The Booking Confirmation must be given to the hotel at check-in. Failure to produce the confirmation at check-in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation. The confirmation clearly states what is covered in the rate quoted and additional charges incurred at the hotel will be at your expense. Cancellation of a booking will immediately invalidate the confirmation.

PAYMENT SECURITY
It is important for you to know that whenever you provide a hotel partner with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as it travels through the internet.

CANCELLATION BY YOU
You may cancel your booking on-line in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Your cancellation must be made through the choosen hotel partner. Details of how to cancel a booking are set out on the booking confirmation form. Some cancellations or changes made outwith the cancellation policy will be subject to a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night of accommodation. Any claim must be presented to the hotel partner in writing within 30 days of check-out. Please note that certain special hotel rates are non-changeable and non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.


HOTEL NOT HONORING BOOKINGS
At the time the booking is made, the hotel partner will issue a booking confirmation number and to the best of our knowledge at this time, the booking is valid. In the unlikely instance of the hotel failing to honor the booking then please refer to your booking confirmation and contact the customer services number on the confirmation for assistance.


NON-ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL
In case of late check-in at the hotel, your credit card details, given at time of booking, will guarantee your room in case of late arrival. However, if you are due to arrive after 6.00 pm, it is advisable to contact the hotel directly beforehand to advise of this. A contact number for the hotel will be on your booking confirmation. Should you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire booking will be cancelled. The room will not be available on any subsequent nights of the booking and you will be charged the cost of the whole booking. Reimbursement for unused accommodation cannot be made unless you have cancelled online in compliance with clause 6 above.


MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you have any medical problems or disability which may affect your stay you must advise the hotel partner before booking giving full details to our Customer Care Service. Your booking may be declined or cancelled in your best interests if your hotelier or we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs.

COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your hotel accommodation, you should contact the hotel who will try to solve the problem. The contractual obligation lies with the hotel in this instance. If after that you still feel that the problem has not been resolved to your reasonable satisfaction you should within 7 days of returning from the hotel put your comments in writing to the hotel partners customer care team, and they will forward them to the hotelier.
